Cancellation Policy
Guests, please respect my 24
hour cancellation/ reschedule
policy. All guests will be required
to have an active credit card on
file, otherwise appointments will
be cancelled at my discretion.
Cancellations after the 24 hour
time slot will be charged 50% of
the service total. In the instance
that you “no show” your
appointment, the total cost of
service will be charged. If the
payment is declined, an invoice
will be placed on your account
and will need to be paid in full
before your next appointment.
Without clients showing up, I
don’t get paid, and am unable to
support my family.
Please note that if you arrive
later than 10 minutes to your
appointment, time will be
adjusted to honor and respect
my time as well as my next
client’s time. If you arrive 30
minutes past your appointment
time, you will be considered a
no-show and be asked to
reschedule, and will be charged
the no-show fee. Price
adjustments will be made at my
discretion.
